As part of its apprenticeship recruitment project, Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg is using Talk’n’Job’s voice-guided chat application: an accessible, modern and up-to-date way to apply in just two minutes. This enables them to reach more candidates, engage with applicants directly and significantly increase the number of applications received.
What was the aim of introducing Talk'n'Job?
The aim of this project was, and remains, to provide young people in particular with an easily accessible way to apply for vacant apprenticeship positions. This intuitive solution is designed to cater both to the target group’s user habits and to the information needs of HR managers. The clear objective is to offer a seamless process within this additional recruitment channel.
How is Talk'n'Job used?
The vacancy was advertised both offline and online: the offline campaign included posters featuring a QR code and an appealing call to action, and postcards were distributed that directly addressed the target audience. At the same time, the vacancy was posted on a job portal, complete with a direct link to a chat function to enable quick and easy applications.
