The aim of using Talk’n’Job was, above all, to enable quick and, most importantly, straightforward applications and to reach as many jobseekers as possible. We achieved the latter by offering the service in many languages, particularly those of Eastern Europe. Another aim was to generate more applications.
How is Talk’n’Job used in this context?
Advertisements appeared on buses and trains throughout Heidelberg for six weeks, featuring classified ads and eye-catching posters. Scanning the QR code shown took users directly to the application chat, where they were then automatically guided through the interview.


What has changed positively through the use of Talk'n'Job?
In the first week alone, Breer received 25 applications. Furthermore, the cost per application was reduced to 30 euros.
