How are the chats created?
Once you choose Talk’n’Job, our Customer Success team guides you through setup.
Together, we define the questions and design of the chat. You can also choose from different avatars and align everything with your corporate branding.
How is the chat and avatar customized?
Our design team creates a custom avatar based on your preferences. Your logo and a relevant workplace image are integrated as well. This ensures a fully branded application experience tailored to your company.
How do I receive candidate responses?
Once candidates complete the chat, their answers are automatically transcribed into text.
You receive the structured data either via email or directly in your ATS — whether candidates speak or type.
