Vor meinem Wechsel zu Trendence war ich Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer sowie Herausgeber von \u201ehr|tomorrow exclusive\u201c, Deutschlands erstem HR Trend-Magazin. Davor arbeitete ich unter anderem beim Heidenheimer Technologiekonzern Voith GmbH als Leiter Globales Employer Branding, Recruiting und HR Communication. Zudem war ich Leiter Personalmarketing und Recruiting S\u00fcd bei der Deutschen Bahn AG.<\/p>\n<p>Seit mehreren Jahren trete ich als Speaker und Moderator bei diversen Fachkonferenzen wie dem Personalmanagerkongress, den Social Recruiting Days und internationalen Veranstaltungen wie dem HR Core Lab auf.
